Beautiful Home Needing Updating

Yellow Chicago brick stained

My current job involves around 1000 sq ft of Old Chicago yellow brick floors. This beautiful home is located in Baton Rouge. The homeowners were ready for a change. Their brick floors needed a new finish. As you can see from the before and after pictures, the change was amazing. Actually, the before picture is after I removed the poly coating with an acid removal product called H2 Off. It took me about 5 times of applying H2 Off before I could see the yellow removed. The final stain is antique brown mixed with a bit of coffee colors.

Along with the brick floors, there is about 1,700 sq. ft. of antique longleaf pine hardwood flooring that I have been sanding and will be refinishing this week. My sanding procedure is about 99% dustless.

The staircase need to be sanded and refinished. It's a beautiful winding staircase with two landings.

Note: The floors have not been refinished yet when I had completed the staircase.
